Our instructors are certified professionals with years of fitness experience. In addition to our group fitness classes and open gym studio we will offer private training in our new studio.  Each brings their own fitness specialty and unique training style, but all are committed to ensuring safe and effective workouts. This will include student athletes, active seniors and anyone else looking to reach personal goals. Let us match you with the perfect trainer to achieve your fitness dreams. Catesby White

Born and raised in Fredericksburg VA, Catesby lives her life with “what you put in is what you get out lifestyle.” With a passion for health and fitness, she opened FLY Fitness Inspiration, a premier boutique fitness and personal training studio, in her hometown in September 2013.After completing The Nutritious Life certification, she hopes to inspire and educate people to not only take care of your body on the outside, but to start from the inside and improve on your overall health and well-being. Outside of FLY, her greatest joy is spending time with her family. She can’t wait to see you on the spin bike or another class. She has 15 years of experience in the fitness industry.

Marina Bonanno
Marina Bonanno

Marina Bonanno began teaching yoga 3.5 years ago after falling in love with the practice over 10 years ago. Shortly thereafter, she became barre certified and recently received her spin certification as well. She loves to share her passion for movement in all of her classes. Her love for teaching is fueled by the opportunity to help others connect their mind and bodies, reach their goals, and enhance their lives through functional fitness.

Theresa Goad
Theresa Goad

Theresa Goad teaches both Vinyasa Flow and Foundations of Yoga classes with an emphasis on alignment and core strength for all levels of practitioners. She has been practicing yoga for 9 years and in 2016 she became a 200-hour registered yoga teacher from Yoga Alliance. Since then she has studied power yoga, anatomical precision and best practices for vinyasa yoga with Jason Crandell, who is not only a world renowned vinyasa teacher but also a major contributor for Yoga Journal. Theresa is also certified in Pilates and Barre, which she has been teaching for over 10 years, so her classes stem from a mixture of the three practices.

I enjoy working closely with people and enjoy helping them achieve their fitness goals. These goals include nutrition , weight loss and overall improving general strength and conditioning or targeted fitness training. I enjoy helping those lay out a fitness training program that they can do on their schedule. I teach Tabata, TRX, Strength Training progams and Cycling and abs. I have been doing this for over 18 years.Specialities: Weight Loss Muscular Definition Strength Training Nutrition Certifications: Les Mills, TRX, NCEP Personal Training, MOSSA, Career Studies Certificate Northern Virginia Community College.
