Each brings their own fitness specialty and unique training style, but all are committed to ensuring safe and effective workouts. Our spin classes range from 45 minutes to an hour of high intensity cardio training. These classes use our biggest muscle systems and burn TONS of calories while being easy on the joints. Classes are for all fitness levels and tons of fun with great music and lots of SWEAT!

Join us for Yoga and exercise your way to a healthy body and mind. Yoga techniques build a strong body from which one can transition into more advanced stages, including a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced.
