Our spin classes range from 45 minutes to an hour of high intensity cardio training.  These classes use our biggest muscle systems and burn TONS of calories while being easy on the joints.  Classes are for all fitness levels and tons of fun with great music and lots of SWEAT!

Join us for Yoga and exercise your way to a healthy body and mind. Yoga techniques build a strong body from which one can transition into more advanced stages, including a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced. Our  yoga studio is so inviting.  We will offer power classes, yoga sculpt and restorative options.  We hope you find your OM with us.  Be on the lookout for new classes at our new studio.

Kelsey Williams

Kelsey Williams earned her RYT-200 hour training in 2016 as a student at Fly Fitness. She’s always found movement to be a source of meditation. Before earning her 200 hours, she taught athletic and mindfulness classes at James Madison University’s Recreational Center. This is where her excitement for yoga and all things wellness grew. Today, she incorporates a balance of strength and flexibility into the practice and enjoys pushing people to empower themselves on and off the mat. When Kelsey isn’t doing yoga, you can find her running, cycling, or teaching her third graders.
