WHY DO YOU FLY?
FLY was born out of a desire to create a bigger and brighter wellness community. We want to reach YOU. Every fitness level, every person, every day. We offer classes ranging from high intensity to mind body and everything in between. We want to find a class that fits you. Our trainers are available to work with you all to help you meet your goals.
ARE THE CLASSES FOR EVERY FITNESS LEVEL?
All of our classes can be modified to your ability. Unless they are described to be for a higher fitness level, they are for you! Please come by and talk to a trainer. We are happy to make a suggestion on where to get you started, and what a plan looks like for you and your goals.
PRE CLASS WARM-UP?
We recommend arriving 15 minutes before class to check in, set up your mat, talk with the instructor and prepare yourself for practice.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
In order to give everyone a chance to work out, we require a cancellation of 2 hours or more prior to class start time. Please see our policy section.
CAN I SHARE CLASS PACKAGES?
Class memberships cannot be shared.
