POLICIES

SQUAD GOALS

We want to keep everyone safe and happy. Here are some of our in class squad goals:

  • We will enforce a no late-entry policy at Too FLY.

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start time of class and be ready to go.

  • Please be on your bike, on your mat or in your place at the start time of class when the instructor begins.

  • We do not allow electronics in the our classes. No phones and cameras. If you are wearing a smart watch, make sure the display is turned off please.

  • You must be 16 years old to take a class without a parent and with a signed waiver.

  • SPD shoes or tennis shoes for our spin bikes and we have yoga mats and blocks available for your use.

CANCELLATIONS

Single Class, Class Packages and unlimited memberships

  • You must cancel your class 2 hours or more prior to class start time in order to unreserve your spot and return it to your account.

  • After cancellation, the class will be returned to your account.

  • If you late-cancel less than 2 hours prior to class start time, you will be charged $12 to your credit card on file.

  • All late-cancel fees will automatically be charged to your credit card on file.

NO-SHOW & CANCELLATION POLICY

 If you have not checked-in 2 minutes prior to class start time, we will offer your spot to another waiting member.

LATE POLICY

  • We do not allow late entry to any classes for safety reasons.

  • NO exceptions will be made.

NO-SHOWS

Single Class, Class Packages :

  • If you do not show up to class and do not cancel, your class will still be deducted from your account

  • If you do not show up to class and do not cancel, you will be charged $20 to your credit card on file.

  • All no-show fees will automatically be charged to your credit card on file.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

  • We do NOT offer refunds, no exceptions .

  • We do NOT offer extensions on Single Classes, Class Packages, or Unlimited Memberships.

TRANSFERS

  • All Class Packages, Unlimited Memberships, and Workshops are non-transferable, no exceptions.

  • All class credits must be used by the original purchasing client, no exceptions.

MEMBERSHIPS

  • Contracts are billed on a monthly recurring basis.

  • Memberships begin on date of purchase, but can be adjusted to the date in which you take your first class.

  • If you would like to adjust the start date, just let us know by email.

STUDENT & TEACHER DISCOUNTS

  • Students and instructors receive 10% off Class Packages.

  • Discount is NOT eligible for New Client Special or student pricing

  • Discount is only redeemable in-studio, not online.
