We will move slowly through postures in a way that invites mind, body and spirit connection with limited to no chatturanga. This complete, balanced practice will rejuvenate and strengthen your entire body.

Begin seated mindfully working up to an accessible flow. Expect about 45 minutes of slow flow, 10 minutes of guided mediation and a 5 minute savasana.
